From the 8th of August we will be accepting new members, we are asking for everyone to book online. If you are a monthly member you should of had an email (please check junk mail) with booking details if you have not please contact us.
To book a child onto a session please contact us, you can do this by email, telephone or social media. Unfortunately at the moment we are asking all accompanying adults to also pay for their spot due to limited spacing.
On arrival and around the gym please remember to keep to government social distancing guidelines. We will only be allowing one person through reception at a time. Please bring your membership card to make the signing process a little quicker. If a new member a membership form must be completed, when this form is handed to you please make your way upstairs and complete the form there. A short induction video will follow after. When going through reception please remember to sanitize your hands and also throughout your climb.
The toilets have been split, one for staff and the other for customers. If you require the use of the toilet please let a member of staff know and they will unlock the door for you.
Please only enter and exit through reception as we require you to sign in and sign out.
Due to government guidelines we are unable to refill water bottles but we will have drinks to purchase.
We have put into place an extensive cleaning schedule to maintain high levels of cleanliness.
Finally, if you are experiencing a high temperature, continuous cough, or a change in taste or smell could you please avoid our centre.
Our main priority is to keep all of our staff and customers safe.
Please bare with us as this is also new to us and the booking system is new.
